Job Description
Responsibilities: Work safely and promote safety work practices.Measure and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance cost.Use KPI’s to identify opportunities for improvement.？Investigate causes of equipment failures and make design improvements to prevent similar failures.？Design and implement preventive maintenance plans and repair procedures that keep equipment in good condition and prevents failures.？ ？Design and implement predictive maintenance programs such as vibration analysis, lubrication, and inspections.？Ensure pressurized equipment, such as equipment and piping, are designed and maintained according to Chinese codes and regulations.？Give instructions and training to field technicians.Requirements: Essential Qualifications:Experience and knowledge of safety work practices for maintenance including safe work permits, hot work, fall protection, lock tag and try, and personal protective equipment.？BS Degree in Mechanical EngineeringThree or more years of experience in maintenance engineering for an industrial company. a solid knowledge for rotating equipment and static equipment.Experience and knowledge of the design and maintenance of mechanical process equipment such as exchangers, vessels, centrifugal pumps, agitators, and compressors.Experience with Chinese codes and regulations for pressurized equipment and piping.？Proficient in most common software packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Autodesk Inventor, and SAPExperience and formal training in root cause analysis of equipment failures.Experience with equipment criticality analysis and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).？ ？Preventative / Predictive Maintenance.？ Working knowledge of tools and techniques including vibration monitoring and analysis, infrared inspection, sound detection, oil analysis, and performance testing.Ability to read and understand P&ID’s and equipment drawings.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing skillsDesired Qualifications:Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English writing and speaking.？Functional use of SAP modules for maintenance, projects, and purchasing.Knowledge of material selection and corrosion.Project Management experience with the capital project process including scope development, cost estimating, engineering design, procurement, construction, and cost management.
