Create reliability plan based on new design and DFMEA 3. Guide the technology and reliability review with Chief design engineer 4. Participate the project meeting as reliability representative, coordinate the reliability tasks in Reliability lab 5. Collect project Reliability requirement, review reliability target feasibility analysis and plan its validation 6. System level reliability evaluation and propose action for improvement 7. Organize reliability findings review with cross functions by using FRACAS 8. Coach and improve Design for Reliability process and tools
Requirements:
Education Background: Mechanical or Material engineering, Reliability engineering, Master degree and above ；Experience: More than 5 years in leading reliability for R&D projects in product level. And both component and system level reliability testing and evaluation. Skills, Proficiency: Oral and written English to communicate globally; Design for reliability process and tools; Weibull statistics analysis; ALT and HALT/HASS; RAMS knowledge; MSA; FMEA, DOE, FTA, Failure modes and physics of failure; Electrification and software testing; Project management Others: Research ability for problem solving
