Job Title: Reliability Technologist – E&I
Description:
Reliability Technologist of E&I Equipment is to act as technical specialist in assigned area to assist reliability engineer performing trouble shooting, quality control inspection, predictive maintenance activities and document management.
The responsibilities of the position include but not limit:
? Work with site reliability engineers to develop an optimal inspection plan to ensure facilities and equipment are fit for service with the goals of meeting local regulation requirement, avoiding loss of containment and maintaining high efficiency operation.
? Perform E&I quality control inspection with guidance of reliability engineer, to ensure installation, calibration and test performed well.
? Execute visual inspection plan to inspect E&I equipment condition and provide recommendation for corrective actions.
? Assist engineer to develop reliability strategies by utilizing RCM, FMEA, vendor recommendation, and best practice and set up in appropriate system
? Apply problem-solving techniques to equipment and process problems and provide data to support reliability engineers for root cause analysis
? Review inspection documentation to determine if equipment is safe to operate within its defined compliance limits and take corrective actions
? Assist reliability engineer to complete MOC, document update, PPM review and optimization
? Provide regular asset performance report on E&I equipment through proper system, such as Profibus, AMS, CompuCal, etc.
? Provide E&I equipment support for operation and maintenance and adopt global OpEx reliability process/elements for continuous improvement.
? Organize, maintain and extract information from on-site historical records and data files, and complete regular report, maintain MI and RBI software, and ensure compliance requirements are meet.
