Be responsible for QA Lab assistant management, and assign corresponding responsibilities and tasks to LAB technician;Establish and review relevant procedures for QA Lab operation;Prepare and revise relevant work instructions for the FA (failure analysis) and reliability test;Support analysis of customer complaint and NG product, indicate professional suggestion or conclusion;Make improvement for FA and reliability test capabilities to continually conform to related standards;Implement tasks dept assigns to the lab;To implement corrective and preventive measures when appropriate
Required Qualifications:
University graduatedAt least 8 years FA related work experiences in electronic industryProfessional Knowledge: Excellent in failure analysis and electronic performance or mechanical fieldFamiliar with PC operationGood command of both written and oral English
