ThisEuropeanStandardwasapprovedbyCENELECon2000－11－01.CENELEC
membersareboundtocomplywiththeCEN/CENELECInternalRegulationswhich
stipulatetheconditionsforgivingthisEuropeanStandardthestatusofanationalstandard
withoutanyalteration.
本欧洲标准于2000年11月01日得到CENELEC的批准。CENELEC成员必须遵守
CENELEC的内部规则，这些规则规定了将此欧洲标准在无任何修改的情况下作为国际标准
的条件。
Up-to-datelistsandbibliographicalreferencesconcerningsuchnationalstandardsmay
beobtainedonapplicationtotheCentralSecretariatortoanyCENELECmember.
关于这样的国际标准的最新列表和参考书目，可向中央秘书处或任何一名CENELEC成
员索取。
ThisEuropeanStandardexistsinthreeofficialversions(English,French,German).A
versioninanyotherlanguagemadebytranslationundertheresponsibilityofaCENELEC
memberintoitsownlanguageandnotifiedtotheCentralSecretariathasthesamestatus
astheofficialversions.
