工作内容：
1.分析RMA不良品，推动持续改善；
2.对RMA 集中性不良深入分析，撰写失效分析报告；
3.RMA 客退品维修数据系统的维护；
4.RMA 疑难不良板的分析维修;
5.产线电子技术问题的协助;
6.上级主管交代的其它工作事项
任职资格：
1.PCBA 失效分析3年以上工作经验
2.具体扎实的电子基础知识，熟悉各种电子元器件，能读懂电路图
3.熟练使用热风枪，电烙铁，示波器等维修工具;
4.熟练使用office 软件。
