Participate in environmental (ENV) tests global technical platform.
Responsible for ENV test related test request.
Assist in Equipment management.
Global technical platform：
Participate in weekly global ENV expert meeting to present technical findings, create corrective and preventative solutions, and share test experience.
Forecast test failure, perform failed test analysis, debug, and update technical documents such as work instructions, TR Pre-requisites for future references.
Participate in technical document preparation such as work instructions, test plans, test procedures per customer and product specification, DVP, and DFMEA.
Lead interlaboratory study test execution and data collection, prepare test report.
Test request management：
Familiarize with automotive electronics part ENV tests/tasks procedures, scheduling and work-flow in the lab.
Attend internal and external customer meetings to ensure customers’ technical requirements are fulfilled.
Communicate with test requestors to confirm and document technical details in TR Pre-requisites.
Follow customer specifications, test standards, test plans, DVPs, and previous reports to prepare test procedures.
Verify test setup according to test procedure prior to start the test. Feedback deficiencies and suggestions for test setup and procedure to operation engineers.
Patrol lab, feedback issues in real time, assist in completion of corrective & preventative actions.
Review test data and provide judgement, finalize test reports.
Initiate and Implement continuous improvement projects to improve test efficiency, quality and optimize cost saving.
Raise issues or difficulties which may affect work efficiency, quality and provide suggestions to technical leader.
Summarize test failures, analyse, debug and share with global team members.
Provide opinions and interpretations to failed test results to requestor when required.
Assist system engineers for samples and accessories management.
Equipment management：
Expert in operation of all ENV test related equipment.
Provide training to new employees on equipment operation.
Monitor equipment operation condition and submit request to technical lead and equipment engineer for equipment maintenance, repair, and new equipment purchasing.
Assist in test equipment calibration, repairs, maintenance, and preventive action according to plan.
Lead operation engineers to complete equipment verification.
Monitor the usage status of equipment vulnerable parts and the stock of laboratory consumables and make purchasing supplements according to the procedures.
General Requirement：
Responsible for HSE, 5S, team building and other daily tasks.
Domestic and International travel as required (<10%).
Insure communicate with Customer and next level Manager.
Accomplish various responsibilities, duties and projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
