申请职位 职位信息 This position is associated with the sale of Intel’s NAND memory and storage business to SK Hynix. The transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business’ storage solutions, including client and enterprise SSDs, in the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data.This is an exciting time to be at Intel – come join our team as a Customer Quality and Reliability Engineer and work on one of the most advanced 3DNAND and SSD technology portfolios in the world. As the global leader in the semiconductor industry, Intel possesses many industry-leading SSD technologies including the most capable Quadruple Level Cell (QLC) NAND Flash products. As a Customer Quality and Reliability Engineer, you will be part of a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK Hynix. Candidates being hired for Phase 1. This position aligns to Phase 1 of the transaction, which includes the 3DNAND enterprise and client SSD business. Phase 1 is expected to close in late 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At deal close, all employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition to SK Hynix.In this role, you will be the customer interface to manage your customer’s quality and reliability requirements and processes so that Intel is able to deliver a world class quality experience. You will be responsible to reach out to customers and their ODM partners to proactively engage and manage any potential quality or reliability concern. Our goal is to build a strong working level partnership with our customers and their ODMs to monitor and react to our products performance in their manufacturing environment and field deployment. Local and some international travel is required.The successful candidate will be able to perform the following skills: Interacting with customers’ quality and reliability organizations to understand customer requirements and resolve quality and reliability issues related to the ramp and production of the customers platform. Complete first level failure analysis on Intel SSD products either at either Intel or the customer site. Align with Applications Engineering, Operations, Business Development, and others to ensure quality and reliability goals are achieved and results of NSG products are communicated at each stage of the product life cycle with the customer.
Minimum Qualifications: (1) Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering Field. (2) Previous experience in IC or system manufacturing environment such as wafer fab, IC assembly/test, System assembly/test. (3) Good verbal communication, technical writing skills, and presentation skills.Desired Qualifications: (1) Knowledge of ODM manufacturing processes and procedures for rack servers, client PCs, or similar systems (2) Experience in a technical role facing the customer such as customer quality engineer or applications engineer. (3) Previous experience with Solid State Drives with demonstrated understanding of NAND memory technologies, SSD firmware, and SSD hardware is a solid plus.
