Job Responsibility:
– Be responsible for EE Component Reliability developement and Verfication;
– Build and implement Reliability developement and verfication process;
– Be responsible for the improvement of test quality by Partner Lab Accreditation;
– Based on ISO 17025 & IATF 16949 to assess partner & 3rd party lab capability from aspects of lab management & lab technical capability;
– Review test specifications for DV/PV items, which should be practicable & professional. Support engineering team to set up test specification;
– Manage Partner lab accreditation plan which should be meet project requirement.
Requirements:
– Bachelor or above education;
– Above 8 years’ Automotive Lab accreditation or product testing experience in 3rd party lab or Tie 1;
– Be familiar with ISO 17025 and IAFA 16949;
– Be familiar with reliability development & verification process;
– Be familiar with DFMEA, FTA, Reliability methodology, test specifications;
– Fluent Written & Oral English skills;
– Microsoft toolset (PPT, Excel…) skills;
– Communication skills, teamwork spirit, proactive.
