Job Description:
1. In charge of all thermoelectric modules and assembles reliability qualification and monitoring.
2. Support reliability test requests from customer/other departments in different sites of countries.
3. Conduct reliability evaluation on new technologies, processes and products.
4. Work out engineering samples qualification and reliability test plan.
5. Manage reliability projects start to finish including schematic design/layout, testing setup building, schedule and report output.
6. Analysis of reliability lifetime and MTBF modeling, test plan generation.
7. Follow up reliability equipment lifecycle and maintenance
8. Develop custom-made testing setup and methods
9. Manage reliability resources, to fulfill all reliability projects plan annually.
10. Assure product reliability targets are met.
11. Perform potential reliability risks analysis and testing failures root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above degree, 5+ years of experience at process & manufacturing engineering field (inclusive 2+ years of work experience in reliability field).
2. Excellent communication skills, fluent English, both speaking and writing.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment.
4. Must be very familiar with HTOL, HAST, HALT, HASS test skills, and related test equipment.
5. Good understanding on product reliability qualification, familiar with MIL-STD/Telecodia/IEC/AEC-Q standards.
6. Experience with electronic parts failure mode and failure mechanism analysis.
7. Expert on reliability projects timeline management and schedule tracking.
8. Good personal ability on trouble shooting, statistic knowledge and data analysis.
9. Experience with Reliasoft is a plus
