Job Objective:
? Utilize reliability metrics (e.g., failure rate, MTBF, MTTF, MTTR, MTBR) to support business objectives,
? Understand how reliability data are incorporated to form a predictive model.
? Perform equipment Life Cycle Cost Analysis for project equipment selection and reliability improvement.
? engage in discussion or support suppliers (semiconductor industry) with reliability management and quantitative assessment
? Assist risk management and failure mode analysis
Qualification & Requirement:
? Master or above, major in EE, Physics, Materials or similar
? Deep understanding semiconductor manufacture, especially RF components and power amplifier production process
? Familiar with finite element analysis and simulation tool, e.g. sherlock/ansys
? good knowledge in statistic based analysis, for reliability measurement
? knowledge in material engineering (electrical components) is preferred
? good and quick learner
? Well organized and have systematic thinking
? Fluent in English speaking/writing
? Initiative and positive personal personality
