JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-.Responsible for collecting MEI equipment’s running data, root cause investigation of MEI equipment failures, and leading the corrective action plan for MEI process equipment reliability improvement.
-. Responsible for the analysis of MEI equipment key performance and abnormal report, maintaining the MEI equipment stability, and supporting the troubleshooting of equipment failures.
-. Work with maintenance supervisor to set up and perfect MEI equipment preventive maintenance program and SOP of preventive maintenance, tracking the PM completion on time rate and completion quality, to ensure process equipment well preventive maintained with high reliability and stability.
-. Work with maintenance supervisor to set up and perfect process equipment maintenance management system, including equipment list, PM, PM SOP, Spare Part and equipment down time.
-. Work with maintenance supervisor to control the preventive maintenance completion quality, to ensure all equipment well preventive maintained for higher reliability and stability.
-. Collect all process equipment’s running data, analyze equipment’s key performance data and abnormals, and work out the preventive corrective maintenance plan to maintain process equipment reliability.
-. Provide the professional support and guidelines to maintenance technicians for the troubleshooting of equipment failures, record all equipment failure report, and lead the root cause investigation afterwards, and lead the corrective plan to improve equipment’s reliability.
-. Provide the technical training to develop technicians’ maintenance capability, including PM SOP and troubleshooting experience.
-. Lead the equipment reliability improvement projects, manage sub-contractors’ behavors’ safety and construction quality.
-. Provide weekly/monthly plan and progress report of process equipment reliability improvement activities.
-. Support the maintenance review to new CAPEX projects’ design from maintainability perspective, join the construction quality inspection, commissioning and start-up of new CAPEX projects.
KEY INTERACTION
-. Work with maintenance supervisor for weekly/monthly maintenance plan and progress report to engineering manager.
-. Work with production and QHSE for reliability improvement project communication.
-. Work with CAPEX project execution team for new project implementation.
JOB REQUIREMENT
-. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical/electrical/automation is preferred.
-. More than 10 years working experiences in flavor/food/chemical/pharmacy industry, with more than 5 years maintenance engineer experiences in manufacturing industry.
-. Good experience on computerized maintenance management system is preferred.
-. Good skills in AutoCAD, good Hydraulic/Pneumatic/mechanical equipment troubleshooting experience is preferred.
-. Good experienced in process reliability improvement.
-. Good English skill both in writing and speaking.
-. Good team work sprit.
-. Efficient time management and self-management.
-. Familiar with Maintenance Management tools, for example: 5Why, Fishbone/FMEA/5S etc.
-. Can work independently and under pressure
