职位概要:
负责公司内研发阶段新产品和量产阶段产品的可靠性分析。
工作内容:
1.负责RD新产品和工厂量产产品在实验室进行QT测试和分析, 并妥善保存失效分析报告等资料；
2.负责中央工程实验室中心的产品分析, 包括失效产品及可靠性产品分析；
3.负责调试各种无线通讯软件和程序, 如ActivePerl, Chariot.
4.技术文件的准备和维护；
5.负责跟踪最终分析结果，建立分析档案；
6.薪资待遇面谈。
任职资格:
1.理工类专业毕业，专科五年或本科三年相关工作经验，熟悉各类可靠性测试。
2.丰富的可靠性计划，执行，分析，改进和评价经验，掌握各种测试方法，设备，标准和评判技术能力。
3.有微电子开发设计和组装或摄像头模块工艺流程经验者佳。
4.具有模电和数电经验，能够利用简单设备如万用表,示波器等设备检测判断故障。
5.具有良好的英语听说读写能力，具有沟通能力，团队意识和责任心，根据生产任务的工作需要服从领导安排。
