Mission:
To be responsible for, and to perform, technical analysis of 0km/warranty Radar, ECU & RSU product；Finding root cause of product and making failure analysis report.
On-site support to OEM/Dealer in time.
Maintain failure analysis database and tracking system for 0km/warranty return.
Support production failure analysis technicians for a continuous improvement.
Main Tasks:
Analysis of customer return modules and generate a timely technical analysis report.
First response on all customer highlighted claims, 0km failures (<24hrs).
Systematic method and analyze the failure parts according to analysis flowchart.
Participate in 8D for improvement activities.
Support SQE to provide root cause analysis for components failure to supplier.
Support CQE to communicate with customer for technical support.
Support Production line for trouble shooting with mass Non-confirming rejected products.
Technically responsible for all analysis tools, documentation and responsible for the workstations.
Regular and timely reliability test for product and issue report.
Setup systemic documents of lessons learn from failure analysis.
Other duties that may be required by plant quality manager and quality supervisor.
Competences:
Diploma: Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Technology , automation, RF, communication technology.
Working Experience:
3 years working experience is preferred, while outstanding fresh graduated is also welcomed.
Experienced trouble shooter for electronics is preferred.
Good knowledge in Warranty & Quality process is preferred.
3 years working experience of hardware design, electronic manufacturing, failure analysis or automotive company is preferred.
Knowledge about Radar or Camera product is preferred.
