Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading daily failure analysis (FA) for the defects from production line in time.
及时对产线出现的不良品作失效分析；
2. Prepare the FA report and send to internal quality team and customer for review.
负责输出产品FA报告，并反馈给品质相关人员和客户；
3. Support quality engineer to dig out the root cause of failures,inclusive production failure and complaint.
协助品质工程师分析产品失效原因，应对品质问题投诉；
4. Support QE to prepare the 8D report for customer.
协助品质工程师为客户提供8D报告。
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum holds a bachelor degree in electronics engineering.
本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业。
2. Good communicate skills, in both English and Mandarin.
良好的英语及普通话交际技能及沟通协调能力。
3. Over 3 years failure analysis experience in Electronica Manufacturing Industry.
至少三年及以上的电子制造行业的失效分析经验，有电源分析及设计经验优先。
4. Good knowledge in PCBA,SMT,reflow process,USW etc.
熟悉PCBA，SMT，回流焊，超声等电子产品制造流程。
6. Aggressive, Self-motivated,proactive,quick response and can work under pressure.
工作态度积极认真，有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
