Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
? Responsible for reliability prediction and assurance on component and system level.
? Method development and improvement for lifetime and endurance testing, improvement of test procedures.
? Pre-check of local test reports
? Pre-check of local PE-documents (RE, FAM)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
? Support of local engineers and technicians regarding test procedures and test reports. Pre-checks local test reports before
release workflow. advices to other engineers
? Support of local development regarding reliability engineering
? Support of local development in terms of Requirements Engineering (RE) and Focus Area Matrix (FAM), cause effect
relationship,and FMEA etc.
? Support of other TT sites according to TT/EPQ responsibility matrix.
? Training of engineers (within TT) for reliability topics and testing according to TT/EPQ responsibility matrix
Qualifications
? Bachelor/Master in mechanical,material and heating technical background prefered.
? More than 6 years’ reliability working experience in electrical control unit,
? Knowledge in Engineering;Production;Quality; FMEA,8D (DRBFM,DfR-E are prefered)
? Good English Capability
Could Accept demostic or internation travel
