职位描述：
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
-Draw up and follow vehicle durability test plan;
-Proving ground test spec training;
-Carry out vehicle durability and strength tests according to testing plan;
-Carry out vehicle environment reliability test;
-Judge and analyse testing faults and write test report;
-Support vehicle validation job;
次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities
-Support RLDA(Road Load Data Acquiring) and other related work performed in PG;
-Assists manager in other temporary work
绩效标准 Performance standards
-Finish testing with good quality;
-Good management of test vehicle, personnel, facility.
任职要求 Qualifications
– Degree in Engineering
– More than 2 years vehicle durabiltiy testing experience with automotive OEM background
– Fluency in English and Mandarin
– Good general computer skills inc. MS office suite
– Communication skills and leadership behavior
