在对国外军用航空发动机可靠性参数体系和指标的统计及应用原则进行探讨、分析的基础上 ,对国内某系列发动机的使用情况和故障进行了统计分析 ,借鉴国外对军用航空发动机可靠性定量要求的经验 ,综合国情提出了我国军用航空发动机可靠性参数体系和指标的建议

1 引言一个国家工业水平高低的重要标志之一就是产品的质量。对于产品的质量 ,一般工业主要包括三个方面 ,即性能、可靠性和维修性水平。产品的性能水平也称为技术水平 ,反映产品的使用价值。可靠性分为狭义可靠性和广义可靠性。广义可靠性包括狭义可靠性和维修性 ,下文出现的可靠性均指广义可靠性。产品的性能水平是以某几个参数的具体值 (即技术指标 )来衡量的。如果达不到所预定的性能参数的指标 ,可靠性也无从谈起 ,但如果只有技术指标 ,没有可靠性指标 ,产品的质量将得不到保证。因此 ,产品性能指标的发挥很大程度上取决于可靠性水平…
Discussion on the Selection of Reliability Parameter System and Targets for Military Aero-engines

In this paper, a statistic analysis is made on the utilization and failure of a national aero engine series with using principles of the system and statistic targets of reliability parameters from some oversea military aero engines. A system of reliability parameters of national military aero engines is proposed and some reliability targets are put forward based on oversea experience of quantitative requirements of military aero engine reliability and with considering the general situation in China.
