IEC-62005-2加速试验的Ea和湿度因子算法很不错
IEC-62005-2是针对OpticalPassiveComponents和InterconnectingDevice的,给出了加速试验中都会用到GR-1221中提到的阿伦纽斯方程中Ea和η的算法
